Chapter Meeting Schedule

October 11, 2025     General Meeting   This is our first 2025-2026 meeting of the year.  Our guest speaker is Sgt George Cross, WWII paratrooper veteran of the 82nd Airborne Division.  George has spoken at one of our past meetings.  He is a lively speaker for being 100 years old.  Please join us as we hear George tell us about his experiences at Normandy and beyond in WWII.

Directions to the meeting room: From the parking lot on the right side of the building enter the 1st door closest to the parking lot.  In front of you on your right is the registration desk where you will inform them that you are there for the MOWW meeting.  When you have registered, turn left and proceed down the hall all the way through the building to the Café.  Go through the Café to the dining room.  When you get to the hostess desk in the dining room, turn to your right and proceed to the last room (called the Sorrento). 

Reservations are requested. Please arrive by 9:15 the meeting begins at 9:30 AM with break for meal then meeting continues until approximately 11:30. Breakfast will be a plated meal consisting of scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, pancakes, fruit, juice, coffee and tea.    The meal will be $18 including tax.  We are not able to give a tip for the service but we will take a free will offering to give to their employee appreciation fund.  We will collect the meal charge prior to the beginning of the meeting.  Please bring cash but a check is also welcome.  Also, remember to purchase raffle tickets at the greeting table before the meeting starts.

Meetings are at the Sorrento Dining Room in The Colannade.  Take North Colannade Way from Grand (U.S. 60) or from West Mountain View Blvd in Surprise.  The Colannade is located just NW of the intersection of North Reems Road and Grand Avenue.
